Position Summary:
Responsible for managing the basic administrative, human resources, and bookkeeping functions of the campus including but not limited to the day-to-day office functions, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and accounts payable in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines.
In this Role You Will:
- Oversee the campus payroll including reviewing timecards and tracking and notifying department supervisors of performance appraisals and related paperwork.
- Supervise and direct accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain record management and filling systems for records, invoices, personnel files, competencies, and other business-related documentation.
- Possess basic office skills such as phone, voice mail, copying, faxing, typing, and directing visitors.
- Assist with investigating and resolving quality and service complaints/concerns.
- Assist with preparing and planning the bookkeeping, IT, office budget, referral intake, and other areas for review and approval of the Administrator.
- Assist with recruiting and interviews for new employees.
- Assist with new and ongoing employee orientation and training as well as department specific orientation guidelines to ensure employees are oriented to the campus, its policies and procedures, and job duties.
- Perform administrative duties such as completing appropriate forms, inspections, reports, attendance tracking, insurance applications, billing/payment/insurance forms, ordering supplies and similar items.
- Provide supervision and oversight to administrative employees including recruitment/onboarding, performance management, and payroll oversight.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 Years’ Experience and Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources OR 5 years related experience and/or education;
- Minimum of 18 years of age;
- Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements; and
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources or equivalent;
- Experience working with Point Click Care, ADP Workforce Now, and OnShift;
- Prior AP/AR or bookkeeping experience;
- Experience reviewing timesheets for payroll; and
- Prior experience serving in an HR Coordinator or HR Generalist capacity completing tasks such as Recruiting, Onboarding/Orientation, Performance/Discipline Management, and Personnel File maintenance.
