play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student
success.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting instruction to students
- Monitoring and managing student behaviors
- Modeling and encouraging positive social skills
- Supporting students through classroom transitions
Qualifications :
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or childcare setting
