Production Supervisor

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Description
Execute the entire schedule of the plant’s production.
Key Responsibilities
- Give work assignments to the departmental employees.
- Plan and execute the weekly press and production utilization schedule.
- Oversee the activities of the production department and assist when necessary.
- Work with Quality Assurance personnel in an effort to maintain superior quality productivity to reduce the need for re-work or re-processing.
- Notify maintenance of any concerns about plant and facilities with emphasis on problem prevention.
- Work with Operations and Production supervisors to minimize manpower required on jobs to maximize production output.
- Must have basic knowledge of QMS , EMS know the Quality Policy.
- Office, plant floor; heavy lifting required.
