SAP Tax Functional Analyst

ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will have experience and a deep understanding of tax processes within SAP as follows:
- Sales orders/Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- SD Pricing Procedure
- Tax Procedures
- Tax Codes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Upgrades in the ONESOURCE/Sabrix Tax system.
- Foster and maintain good relationships with the Finance department and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels.
- Respond to and resolve system failures and performance issues.
- Assist with creating training materials and knowledge transfer between technical teams and end-users.
- Troubleshoot unusual tax results with the business.
- Work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines and work well independently.
- Help with unit, integration and regression testing, as it relates to Tax within SAP.
- Assist with 3rd party Tax software configuration (ONESOURCE, Sabrix and Global Next).
Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Broad understanding of Tax processes
- Experience implementing with Tax engines such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Sabrix, Taxware or Vertex or comparable SAP taxing solution.
- Experience configuring Tax in SAP for end to end processes.
- Configuration experience within ONESOURCE, Sabrix and Global Next.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple, concurrent projects
- Good analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
LOCATION
- O. C. Tanner's Headquarters are in Salt Lake City, Utah, but this position can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
