O.C. Tanner is looking for a UX manager to direct the design and performance of our Culture Cloud recognition products. Culture Cloud is a unified suite of employee recognition applications and services that helps corporations build culture by connecting their employees to purpose, accomplishment, and each other.
This position reports directly to the director of UX. This manager will collaborate on discovery & design activities with product management, design, and engineering team members, they will also be expected to mentor and develop their team members in those same practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all design efforts related to our recognition products.
- Act as a member of design leadership to orchestrate the user experience across the platform.
- Ensure product design best practices are being followed in such a way that business objectives and outcomes are being met.
- Coaching and mentoring your direct reports on design, research, and professional skillsets.
- Hold productive design review sessions to keep your team designing in concert across our offerings.
- Work closely with product and research to understand requirements and pain points, and synthesize them into wireframes and UI designs.
- Delivering end-to-end product projects for your triad team.
- Presenting concepts and ideas to the product org and stakeholders.
- Running design collaboration and review sessions.
- Bringing new ideas to the group as well as looking for ways to improve the design processes.
- Produce UX strategy documents, flows, wireframes, etc.
