Technology Project Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technology Project Coordinator assists the Sr. Technology Business Managers in daily activities. Daily activities may include assisting in defining objectives of small to medium projects and providing oversight in accordance with priority, scope, and contractual specifications and objectives with guidance from the Sr. Technology Business Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Organize and oversee development of customer Change Requests (CRs), which includes guiding team in the development of the CR details, coordinating estimation effort, and general proposal generation procedures
- Oversee small to medium projects for customer CRs with guidance from Sr. Technical Business Manager
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the customer and act as a secondary point-of-contact during the total life of the project
- Assist in the development of strong presentations to convey business value, set expectations, and promote additional software solutions to prospective customers and existing clients
- Assist in the development of sales quotes for approved software or services and routes to appropriate customer personnel
- Assist in preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Act as a liaison between internal personnel and customer’s representatives with guidance from Sr. Technology Business Manager
- Assist in the preparation of status reports for new and existing client business
- Assist in capturing historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in technology is required
- One to two (1-2) years of customer service experience is required
- Previous experience eliciting requirements in a software or technical environment is preferred
- Experience of outside sales experience is preferred
- Previous commercial industry sales experience is preferred
- Previous technology solution sales experience is preferred
Technical Experience:
- One to two (1-2) years of experience with Agile, Waterfall, Object Oriented, or similar software development methodology is preferred
- Use of Customer Relationship Management solutions experience is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Highly self-motivated and driven
- Ability to read, write, create, and deliver presentations to organization’s customers – may be required to present to a large group of people and/or executive team members
- Ability to persuade and influence others to drive towards positive outcomes

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- General office environment; required to use office equipment (personal computer, telephone/smartphone, photocopier); required to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Limited travel to meet with customers and conduct sales presentations; exposure to inclement weather conditions is possible, depending on time of year
- May be required to travel by motor vehicle and/or airplane to complete job requirements with overnight travel; may be required to travel internationally
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Education:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Science (BS) in technology, graphic arts, business administration, sales, communication, or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
License / Certification:
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with acceptable driving record is required
- Must maintain valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
