Position Summary:
O’s Donuts is looking for an individual who is friendly, responsible, and motivated with strong interpersonal and leadership skills! Our Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations and ensuring compliance with customer relations, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation. This person is held accountable for the store on and off the premises.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the store accomplishes its goal of delivering a great product and giving our guests a welcoming experience
- Responsible for interacting with guests and take responsibility to resolve conflict or interpreting feedback
- Responsible for team morale, and all employees
- Responsible for handling disciplinary action of store staff (when necessary)
- Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Labor Laws
- Stays up to date and completes weekly inventory/ ordering logs, catering requests, events, and scheduling
- Completes daily cash management functions (cash reports, deposits, etc.)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Provides record and/or shows knowledge of workplace managerial skills and functions
- Results-driven with the ability to successfully manage and problem-solve multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- 2 years of management in a food service/retail environment or 2 or 4-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old
- The manager will work Full Time, Holidays, Weekends, and Overtime as needed
- Compensation based on experience and availability
