Key Responsibilities:

Member Engagement
- Engage with members to help get them connected with fitness & wellness services in the club.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in the club to educate members about our services.

Sales & Sales Management
- Track sales performance to implement improvements in the sales process.
- Leverage Hubspot sales platform to manage the lead & sales pipeline for the personal training department.

Personal Training Oversight
- Support Personal Training team by helping manage their sales pipeline.
- Assist Personal Trainers in overall business development and client support.

Peer Leader
- Lead and motivate the fitness & wellness teams by fostering a culture of collaboration and constant improvement.
- Help bridge the gap between O2 Fitness Personal Training, Renew Physiotherapy, and Loop Nutrition for all O2 Fitness members.
Qualifications:
- Nationally accredited Personal Training Certifications (e.g ACE, NASM, ACSM, CSCS) are highly desirable, or a degree in the following fields: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science.
- Experience: You have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Your confident and caring nature, along with your ability to build relationships and handle objections, will contribute to driving new clients and increasing revenue.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate, motivate, and inspire clients. Active listening skills are essential.
- Client Experience Expectation: A client-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provide exceptional customer experience to clients.
- Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals through effective coaching and support.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, adapting training programs to suit their specific needs and preferences.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and behavior, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
