O2B Kids is a growing company, with 35 locations in Florida and Georgia. We are seeking a qualified regional maintenance supervisor. The ideal candidate would be willing to travel to all Alachua County locations, and occasionally to the Jacksonville and Orlando areas.
POSITION
Regional Maintenance Supervisor, Full Time
JOB REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Specialization In a Trade (Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, or Painting)
- General knowledge in Other Trades
- Ability to Assist With Sand and Mulch Installs
- Ability to Train Housekeepers
- Ability to Patch, Paint, Anchor, Change Filters, Change Bulbs
- Ability to Complete Basic Electric and Plumbing Repairs
- Ability to Paint
