A fast-paced, four-physician dermatology office seeking an organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking Office Administrator with a desire to join a team committed to excellence in care and service. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with insurers, medical offices, patients and vendors, coding and claims submission, collections and accounts receivable, reporting, handling confidential information and abiding by HIPAA laws and other medical policies. Required qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent, some college (degree preferred) and Certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). Great communication skills and a positive professional attitude are a must. Proficient computer skills and experience in medical billing are desired. This is a full-time position. Salary is dependent on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, drug insurance coverage, retirement pension, vacation/sick leave and parking.
