Essential Responsibilities:
- Organizing the inspection/cleaning process for homeowner arrivals
- Organizing the daily work for inspectors and cleaners
- Coordinating emergency cleaning response crew
- Posting, updating and closing departmental work orders
- Digital archiving of departmental work forms
- Updating departmental statistics
- Verification of inspector and cleaner entries
- Ensuring key control policies
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- Previous experience and/or working knowledge in cleaning or housekeeping
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and property owners to resolve issues
- Capable of using independent judgement and making solid decisions
- Familiarity with regulations of the material safety data sheets related to all chemical use
- Ability to communicate in detailed and precise manner
- Sense of furniture and property furnishings value
- Proficient at follow-up and project management
- The ability to anticipate customer needs, change goals and direction quickly and multitask
- Comfort in effectively interacting and communicating with all levels of management, guests, property owners and area residents both inside and outside of the organization
- Use of email, text messaging, computer/keyboard, telephone and cell phone
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
