Baker must have experience in:
1.Must be able to follow recipes.
2.All baked goods are made from scratch.
3. Be able to scale ingredients.
4. Work a commercial mixer/oven
5.Experience in traditional baked goods (kolakcy, pie dough, butter cookies, cake batter)
6. Looking for 3-5 years of baking experience (preferred)
7. Cake assembly a plus
