The selected applicants will provide model-based systems engineering for a team supporting the US Army Modeling and Simulation Framework development efforts in Huntsville, Alabama.
The selected applicants will be responsible for the specifications of the overall system, including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support. They will support the design, implementation, maintenance, and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and various system configurations. They will monitor overall performance to identify potential issues and tune them appropriately proactively, perform root cause analysis on failed efforts, and develops and supports implementing corrective measures. They will work with others to establish and improve processes and procedures. Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses knowledge of modeling and simulation frameworks. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to teammates. These positions require a bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of experience using SysML and tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architect. Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance
Required Skills:
Experience with SysML and UAF using Dassault's No Magic tools, such as MagicDraw/Cameo Enterprise Architect
Experience using UML and SysML to facilitate software team designs and document software designs
Desired Skills:
Experience using SysML to develop modeling & simulation system specifications and information assurance specifications, Agile SAFe and Kanban, active TS with SCI eligibility clearance
Compensation Package: Salary Range $83,600 to $100,800 per year; Benefits package includes Company 401K contribution (no matching required), Paid Leave, Cadillac Medical Plan, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, and more.
