Oasis Engineering & Technology has an opportunity for a Sr. Program Manager in the Enterprise IT and Cyber Infrastructure Division. This division focuses on providing enterprise support to the Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve installations and bases.
LOCATION: Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX
JOB STATUS: Full Time
TRAVEL: Minimal
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Secret clearance required. U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants
EDUCATION: BS in an Engineering discipline
CERTIFICATIONS: N/A
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 10-15 years Program Management experience, at least 5 within the DoD
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Self-starter with proven problem-solving skills
- Proven customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides support to program leadership to facilitate successful contract execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Generating acquisition documents. These may include, but are not limited to Acquisition Decision Memorandums, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Program Baselines, Risk Management Plans, Program Management Reviews, and Milestone Decision Briefs
- Individual must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
- Support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports (i.e. DAES, MAR, etc.)
- Support Program Management Reviews, senior level meetings/reviews, and IMP/IMS reviews
- Support and maintain management reviews, meetings and schedules
