Position: Mortgage Recruiter Location: West Coast Region Duration: 90-Day Commission-Based Contract-First 90 Days is Commission Based-After 90 Days and all Goals have been achieved we will put said recruiter on a salary.

Your Responsibilities:As a Mortgage Recruiter in our team, your mission is to identify and attract top-tier talent to join our growing family. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leads: Your will receive over 75 to 100 leads per day through sources such as Indeed, google and LinkedIn. Please no cold calling! However, you will be required to create chat rooms in social media platforms such as FB, LinkedIn and TikTok. You have to be educated in these areas, NO DOUBT!
Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations for attracting the best talent.
Collaboration: Work closely with our HR and management teams to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements through our CRM-Hubspot. Mandatory you learn Hubspot for our tracking.
