Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an experienced Site Lead, to support the Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS) Constructive Simulation and Gaming support to TRADOC Centers of Excellence (COE) and Schools National Simulation Center.
Requirements
Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate with on-site COR and Government Site Lead.
- Plan, direct and provide technical and functional end-to-end (simulation to Mission Command Systems (MCS)) training functionality using TRADOC Proponent Office- Constructive (TPO-C) low overhead simulations and TRADOC Proponent Office - Virtual & Gaming (TPO-V&G) games to the TRADOC CoE/Schools.
- Oversee daily operations on all Task Order (TO) matters relating to Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Single point of contact (POC) that works with the OSCOR at the NSC in support of the management and program level for contract communications.
- Develop and implement action plans to ensure task order initiatives are in compliance.
- Monitor operational and quality controls, ensuring resources for planning, and execution of applications are functional.
- Troubleshoot any functional/technical duties on-site.
Qualifications
- 3 years of US Military experience at staff (Battalion or higher) leadership positions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field or 3 year experience in leading technical teams in support of JLCCTC Tools or equivalent level of difficulty.
- Functional and technical experience with TPO-C simulations and TOP-V&G games.
- Experience in leading technical and functional teams in training, exercise/event support, capability.
- 5 years of development, verification, validation, and accreditation.
- 5 years of experience in developing programs for TPO-C and TPO-V&G integration efforts, Army, and Joint Experiments (GFT and Constructive Simulations).
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Office environment
- 0800-1700hrs, Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.
Travel
- Up to 15% CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required for training and program coordination.
