We are looking for three experienced and motivated Manager to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of three departments(Bakey/Deli, Customer service/Front of the house and Meat Department) within organization, setting goals and objectives, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is looking to make a positive impact on the West Indian (Caribbean) Community from within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Set goals and objectives for the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve goals.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor progress and performance of team members.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide and train team members on proper customer service interaction.
- Ensure that all team members are working together in a cohesive manner.
