Logistic Company looking to incorporate a new team member into our Miami branch. The Logistics Data Entry is responsible for all processes related to logistics (shipping, delivery, collection, ext.) of the biologicals cargo. It's also the link between shipments and customers. **No Experience Required**
Responsibilities:
- Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored.
- Enter shipping information into a Excel / and SAP system.
- Track delivery progress of shipments. Monitor Processes, Materials - Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
- Provide notifications to customers.
- Processing Information — verifying information or data.
- Analyzing Data and Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts. Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
- Performing Administrative Activities — Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing costs in SAP.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Team Player.
- Detail and multi-task oriented.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, its a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
