About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Recruiter specializing in contractor hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for temporary, contract, and project-based positions, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of industries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contractor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and cold calls.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms of employment, including rates, contract length, and other relevant details with both clients and candidates.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recruitment insights.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on contractor hiring within an agency setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
