Occasionally Yours at the Hamilton Town Center is looking for a GREAT store manager to join our team! Occasionally Yours represents many brands like, Vera Bradley, Pandora, Kendra Scott, Brighton and MANY more!!

Responsibilities of an Occasionally Yours Store Manager:

· Ensure desired brand philosophy and experience is being fostered through customer interactions

· Build a high performing selling environment that is committed to exceeding customer’s expectations and delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.

· Mentor, lead and encourage a team that is accountable for store results and consistently achieves KPI’s

· Implement action plans to improve key performance indicators to maximize business

· Foster a motivating environment for learning, and support the ongoing development of the store team.

· Recognize performance through coaching in the moment

· Recruit, hire, and train top talent

· Partner with in-store visual merchandising team to implement directives, and ensure compelling visual standards are met

· Maintain optimal floor coverage and schedules to maximize store productivity

Qualifications of an Occasionally Yours Store Manager:

· 3 years of leadership experience in comparable retail environment

· Proven leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization

· Strong business mindset with the ability to confidently analyze selling reports and speak to the store’s business

· Demonstrates the ability to recruit, coach and develop

· Ability to make decisions based on the store and company’s needs

· Results driven leader that inspires and creates a highly collaborative selling culture
