In this role, you will be working in our beautiful onsite location near the beach in Ocean City , MD ! The qualified candidate must have 5 years of Gaming industry experience.
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Serves as a leader for employees while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation and open communication.
- Acts as a role model and coaches while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.
- Manages Players Club and Marketing Coordinator.
- Corresponding with guests verbally and in writing (including electronically) to maintain good relationships.
- Negotiating with and making recommendations for outside contractors for services and/or events utilized by the Marketing Department.
- Work closely with all departments to coordinate marketing activities on property.
- Assists in developing marketing budget and providing strategic oversight for sub-department budget planning and accountability.
- Coordinates with advertising agency on creative direction and timeliness of projects.
- Manages production needs between the property and vendors.
- This role requires working closely with the marketing management and other key decision-making individuals to meet marketing and guest service objectives as well as provide feedback to marketing department on specific issues as they relate to the club and to the guests.
- Monitors guest reaction to events by maintaining a presence on the casino floor during all promotions.
