Ocean Spray is looking for an HR Intern to join us for Summer 2024! We take pride in offering internship opportunities which are valuable learning experiences that make a significant impact on our cooperative. This role reports to the Manager, Talent and Inclusion, and will provide you with exposure to teams and leadership across the cooperative, ranging from corporate to manufacturing. It's an exciting time to impact the future of an iconic brand as you will support the creation and deployment of a new leadership development program for Ocean Spray leaders based on our core competency model. What You'll Support & Learn this Summer:
* Work as part of the Organizational Effectiveness team within Human Resources & Communications, with a focus on talent development, leadership programs, and human capital analytics.
* Key projects will include:
o Leadership and supervisor development program support, including content curation, facilitation material creation, and program evaluation
o Support of existing learning and development programs, including creation of SOPs, streamlining learning paths, and auditing existing content for alignment with our new competency model
* Flex your independent project management skills
* Collaborate with and receive coaching/mentoring from functional partners, such as: Human Resource Business Partners, Corporate Communications, and the Human Resource Information System team.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in training and development, organizational behavior, I/O psychology, or another human resources-related field. (Current students & graduates welcome to apply!)
* Passion for talent development and organizational training
* Excellent written communication skills
* Detail-oriented with excellent comprehension skills
* Ability to independently manage workflow and tasks
