What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Supply Chain Improvement Manager position at Ocean Spray?
This position is part of the Global Supply Chain and Operations Strategy Organization that was newly formed to help develop, transform, and innovate our Global Supply Chain Network into the future. The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to use their strategic experience and technical supply chain expertise to define the metrics, cadence and foundation of our supply chain that will enable our Cooperative to be efficient and faster in areas of focus. The position is a highly collaborative one, which is essential in order to ensure business/customer first approach in establishing our Supply Chain Center of Excellence and Metrics that matter through data and program management. As we modernize Ocean Spray (cloud ERP, data modernization, digital core) this role becomes critical to our enterprise success with the definition and building of our technology backbone to support our business along with the analytics that support the here and now as well as the future.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to data collection, metrics calculations and the consolidation and distillation of data from multiple sources and teams across Ocean Spray. Discovering insights and creating stories from the data to present in various formats for Ocean Spray Leadership. This role will be critical to the transformation of our Integrated Business Process Program, Network Optimization efforts as well as the establishment of all Global Supply Chain Analytics centralization. This role will transform with future growth potential to identify, collaborative and drive our largest transformation initiatives in the Co-Op. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. He/she will thrive in a cross-functional team that spans multiple levels of the organization and be able to participate in both standard and ad hoc business process. This role will have the ability to create and establish the framework for your work in close collaboration with the Director of Supply Chain and Operations Strategy.
Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. Potential candidates may be considered based on skill set to be fully remote.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor in Data Analytics or Supply Chain Operations
- Minimum of 5 to 7 Years' Experience in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Finance
- Deep Understanding of Up and Down Stream Impacts of Supply Chain Decisions
- Experience with Data and Technology (ERP Like) Transformations
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others within a complex, cross-functional and fast paced organization with globally distributed teams
- General working experience of Agile/ Scrum methodology
- Ability to strategically analyze data and develop thesis/conclusion
- Presentation Skills to Articulate Data and Information from Various Technology Systems
- Highly Proficient with Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Power BI
- Proficiency in Data Rationalization through Various ERP, Planning, WMS Platforms
Preferred Requirements:
- Master of Data Science or MBA
- Program Management Experience or Lead Analyst Experience working with Power BI
- APICS CPIM
