Job Description:

The Human Resource (“HR”) Support Admin role at OSJL is responsible for supporting the HR department with administrative tasks and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality of all communications, correspondence, and records. This role works closely with associates and leaders throughout the HR department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Integrity of HR Data:
    • Lead the accurate capture and electronic linking of documentation within OSJL’s document manager system.
    • Ensure that personnel records are maintained accurately and that filing systems and administrative procedures are efficient.
    • Streamline document management processes by converting paper documents to electronic format and linking them securely to associate files.
  • Provide Strategic HR Support:
    • Proactively offer administrative support to all levels of HR associates and leadership, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
    • Function as a key member of the HR team, contributing to smooth departmental operations and optimizing internal workflows.
  • Champion Effective Communication:
    • Serve as a central point of contact for internal HR communication, ensuring clear and timely information exchange via phone, fax, and email.
    • Maintain professional communication standards to cultivate positive relationships and enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of clerical experience is required.
  • Experience using Perceptive Content software and Kronos payroll software is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).

Work Environment:

  • Work primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Sedentary, and frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.

The salary range for this position is between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. Salary depends on years of experience.
