What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Technician position at OCEANSIDE MOTORSPORTS, INC?

Our techs love working here. We work hard, get paid well, and enjoy our time off. We are a premium option for automotive repair so we have happy customers who choose us for a reason and plenty of nice cars to maintain. Our shop is equipt with 2 lifts per tech and we create an environment for each technician to succeed. Our unique pay plan pays you based on your individual production but a portion is bonused on team production so it keeps us all working together to get the job done. We don't need to lock our tool boxes and we leave before 4:30pm most days. During business hours we work our asses off but do it in a structured manner so there's minimal chaos.

Requirements

  • Positive Attitude
  • 40 units per week minimum production
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Full time Monday through Friday availability
