This is a full-time position for a Daycare Teacher in our Toddler classroom that works 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday. The pay is $12 - 15 per hour depending on experience with pay incentives are offered for additional certifications: Such as CDA, Degree in related field will be discussed with directors. This role is onsite at our center located: 201 S Clarke Rd, Ocoee FL 34761
The Lead Toddler Teacher plans and implements curriculum that is appropriate for Toddler ages, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. You’ll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
- Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
- Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
- Follow all Ocoee Oaks policies and state regulations
- Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
What We Need from You:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study preferred
- Minimum of 30 Credits in ECE, 45 DCF hours required
- CDA for infants and Toddlers highly preferred
- Must clear a full background check
- At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience and 1 year of childcare experience preferred
- VPK endorsement is a plus
- CPR Certification and Child Development Associate Certification required
