Part Time at Oconto Falls Elementary
Qualification:
➢ Must have a positive attitude
➢ Good decision making skills
➢ Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skill
➢ Ability to work independently on projects; to prioritize work and to meet deadlines
➢ Valid driver’s license
➢ High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary coursework preferred
➢ Ability to work with others and function as a part of a team
➢ Ability to maintain confidentiality in regard to all matters concerning students, families and staff is essential
Job duties and Necessary Skill set:
➢ Clean and sanitize all classrooms, food service, and restroom areas.
➢ Strip and wax floors
➢ Operating of Custodial equipment
➢ Set u p and take down for special events
➢ Replacement of bulbs for lighting
➢ Lifting capacity of 70#
➢ Other duties assigned
Terms of Employment:
➢ 186 Day Contract (School Year Only)
➢ Hours: 5:00 pm -- 10:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
- The actual 5 hour schedule may be flexible based on the needs or availability of applicant.
➢ Salary: $16.43/ hour to $17.86/hour based on experience
