Octo is seeking an Agile Coach and Trainer to join our growing team. As an Agile Coach and Trainer, you will be responsible for supporting cultural transformation across a major government enterprise through designing and delivering training and workshops, and providing hands-on coaching to support federal staff in adopting an agile mindset. This includes designing and delivering live training courses and workshops, developing supplemental guidance artifacts, and providing side-by-side coaching for program personnel and leadership.

Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver training courses in topics such as agile mindset, product management, human centered design, and technical agility
· Identify and assess future and current training needs and strategies
· Develop topic-focused workshops to support cultural transformation and the adoption of an agile mindset
· Proactively identify organizational gaps and impediments, and develop recommendations and resources to support transformation
· Provide hands on coaching and consulting in programs to work with agile programs to identify gaps in agile practices, and facilitate improvement
· Implement metrics and indicators for measuring the impact of cultural change and to facilitate data driven decision making for prioritizing coaching and transformation efforts
· Develop hands-on workshops on agile topics for a wide range of stakeholders
