As a Technical Writer at Octo, you will develop a deep understanding of your assigned application and related business process. You will work with government stakeholders to documentation requirements and develop SOP’s. You are comfortable working side by side with engineers, designers, and customers, to make decisions together and troubleshoot issues. coordinate with a variety of stakeholders in the capture, development, and production of work products. You are an experienced writer with the ability to decompose technical concepts and jargon into accessible explanation and language. We are looking for a team member who is an excellent communicator, flexible, highly customer-oriented, and interested in stretching professionally both as a writer and a business analyst. You are agile and curious and not afraid to identify what we are doing wrong so we can fix it, and what we are doing right so we can improve on it.
