Summary:
A family owned dealership is looking for an experienced automotive Office Manager to join their team. The dealership is midsized and family and service oriented and move around 100 cars a month.
The Office Manager we are looking for will need to manage the daily activities of the accounting office and staff, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, work closely with the General Manager to streamline procedures and maximize profitability.
The ideal candidate must bring energy, be self-motivated and a team player.
Some Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the dealership office
Ensure all paperwork is being filed, processed, and sent to the correct places.
Supervision and training of office staff
Administration of payroll, employee benefits and accounts payable/receivables.
Additional info:
Automotive experience is a must. Person needs to be organized, have strong communication skills and be customer service orientated.
The office staff is 3-4 people and they have an experienced title clerk(over 25 years experience).
They use two main dealer systems(Reynolds and ADP). They use ACS(Owned by Dominion). It is a very user friendly system that is simple to learn and use.
Salary range is between 50-75K and they offer full benefits and a profit sharing and vacation as well.
