Credit & Debit Card Support Representative

Overview

OE Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Card Services team.  As a Credit & Debit Card Support Representative, you will work directly with our member and member-facing team members to provide friendly, accurate and efficient support to our credit and debit card programs. Whether it’s the helpful response to a question, the careful processing of a fraud claim or the quick turnaround on a replacement for a member reporting a stolen card, you will play a key role in maintaining our company’s position as a lifelong financial partner for our members.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:

• Process a moderate volume of inbound and outbound credit and debit card-related phone calls from members and team members on a daily basis.
• Actively listen and respond to member and team member needs while having a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Support members and call center, branch and other team members with the processing of credit and debit card orders, fraud and dispute claims, account maintenance requests and card restrictions for lost, stolen or compromised cards.

Position Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a customer service capacity required; one year of work experience in a credit or debit card servicing capacity preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent written communication skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Salary Range:  $20.00 - 27.50/Hour
