As a Senior Logistics Consultant, you will execute full sales lifecycle processes from pre-work, detailed discovery conversations, and informative meetings in order to evoke the needs of prospects and perform as a trusted advisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience selling Ocean, Air, and/or Trucking services
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
- Solid understanding of territory and market opportunities
- High EQ, personal integrity, and hunter mentality
- Ability to travel (locally)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Seek out new clients through prospecting and networking (cold calling, electronic media, seminars, trade shows, in person presentations, etc)
- Meet monthly revenue quotas given by Sales management team (based on ee salary)
- Present OEC Group's services: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage
- Collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local market
- Maintain communication with internal teams as well as overseas offices
