Salary Range: $74,000 - $84,000
Supports product and process quality through part measurement, data analysis, and continuos improvement.
Qualifications
- The ability to read / interpret blueprints and specifications including GD&T
- Hands-on inspection, gauging, and documentation.
- CMM Programmer.
- MSA.
- SPC / Capability.
- Support manufacturing shop floor on data driven decisions that impact quality.
- Works directly with both management and employee level on continual improvements of our quality system.
- Issue/manage Quality Alerts.
- Execute quick containment to protect customers.
- Production Readiness, Early Production Containment, PPAP.
- Internal Audits
- Problem Solving / Corrective Action
- Scrap / Sort reduction.
- Support to Customer and Supplier Quality Engineer.
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills and attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate effectively across departmental functions.
- High integrity, fair, emotionally mature, self-aware
- Active listener, able to constructively challenge
- AIAG Core Tool Training (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 10 years’ equivalent experience required.
Additional Information
Ability to travel between Oetiker locations as applicable.
This is a 1st shift position. Regular hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Monday - Friday
