Here’s more of what you will get to do:
- You will help with scheduling all interviews, working directly with candidates, recruiters and business partners
- You will help schedule and partner on different recruiting events
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
You’ll thrive in this role if you have: (All OfferUp employees are required to receive Covid-19 vaccinations unless an employee is in need of an exemption from this policy due to a medical reason, or because of a sincerely held religious belief)
- 2 years of Recruiting Coordination, HR or Administrative experience
- High-volume scheduling experience (preferably with Greenhouse)
- Self organized, with strong attention to detail, and a customer service mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
