Position Summary:

Provide project coordination and leasing support to the Retail Amenity team of the Irvine Company Office Properties (ICOP). This position will track/coordinate project and lease activities to ensure cross-functional visibility, communication and alignment on deadlines, deliverables and initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with cross divisional coordination for office retail projects.
  • Communicate with internal teams and customers to ensure the accuracy of project tracking data and adherence to deadlines. Support the operational analytics, planning and management activities of the Retail Amenity team.
  • Assist in completion and continued enhancement of overall PMO processes, project files, content management and leasing activities to develop cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
  • Provide project coordination support by preparing presentations for senior management team, ad-hoc financial and operational reporting, industry research, and other special projects.
  • Accuratly enter leasing data into Salesforce and become a Salesforce subject matter expert.
  • Responsible for generating deal sheets, DocuSign and other documentation processes in Salesforce to ensure adherence to the Company's leasing policy, and tracking the Lease status through completion.
  • Manage special retail amenity projects including overseeing special vending projects and food truck scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Real Estate or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience within corporate environments, commercial real estate, retail leasing or business/financial consulting.
  • Basic knowledge of project management office, business operations, financial analysis, and summarizing large data sets.
  • Basic knowledge of leasing documents and real estate principles.
  • Working knowledge of Google drive and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of database structures and/or Salesforce software a plus.
