The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.

Mandatory Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of IC resource and budgeting processes.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement integration strategies for IC initiatives and programs, including the superior ability to manage human and financial resources.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to draft and edit written reports of varying length and complexity, and to communicate effectively with audiences of varying seniority and expertise.
Desired Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead interagency working groups, build coalitions with IC elements to achieve common goals.
Knowledge of Middle East region.
Responsibilities:
Serve as staff lead on IC resource issues/priorities for the Near East region.
Lead assessments to leverage best practices, successes and lessons learned.
Develop materials for and support briefings to senior IC officials and other major stakeholders on NIM-NE resource issues to include DDDs, UFRs, the annual State of the Mission Briefing, and other resource vehicles.
Work with CFO counterparts on IC resource issues for the Near East region.
Identify short and long-term resource needs, developing coordinated interagency proposals when needed, to support development of the Near East sections of the Integrated Program Guidance (IPG) and Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG).
Work across the NIM-Near East team, IC agencies, and with other ODNI offices to ensure resource investments and divestments align with long-term IC priorities articulated in the IPG, CIG, UIS, and other guiding documents.
Support Near East hard target program(s), ensuring program investments and divestments align with the IPG, CIG, UIS, and other guiding documents, and enabling coordination and collaboration with and between external IC counterparts on the program(s), as required
Assist in the identification, development, and implementation of NIM-led strategic initiatives to promote integration and annually review progress against ODNI strategic documents; update these documents as required.
As a member of the NIM-Near East Strategy and Resources team, provide back-up and support to teammates as required on the Strategic Initiatives and Hard Target portfolios.
