We are looking for a positive energetic Recruiter to join our amazing team. This role of far from one-dimensional and requires a broad knowledge of active recruiting techniques, we are looking for a hunter. In this role you will also undertake a wide range of human resource tasks.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take the lead in talent acquisition/ recruiting
- Recruiting for passive candidates (hunting) w/ a focus on sales talent
- Succession plan recruiting
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Payroll processing
- Assist in benefit administration
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and programs
- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives
- Assist is organizing employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Assist in enhancing job satisfaction by applying new perks, benefits and recognition programs
- Documenting human resource processes and procedures
- Creating professional forms, training manuals
- Conducting periodic audits for the human resource department files, forms, etc. ensuring compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in active recruiting, with experience in finding top sales professionals
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Payroll systems (Paychex Flex) will be a plus
- Ability to create professional forms, training manuals, document process and procedures
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- Additional HR training will be a plus BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
