Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated Content Marketing leader to join our fast growing team in North America. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content that drives business outcomes this role is for you!


As the Content Marketing Manager for our North America region you will lead the development and implementation of our content marketing strategy to help drive awareness and consideration for OFX. You will be working in collaboration with our brand team, agency partners, sponsorship partners and other key stakeholders across the company. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with content creation, case study development, whitepapers, articles, social media posts, email copy, sales decks, social community management, engagement and analysis of social metrics and reporting.


You will also work closely with internal sales and business development teams to support content needs that help drive business outcomes.


What's you'll do:

Content Strategy, Creation and Management

  • Build one overarching content strategy and ecosystem aligned to key target segments to drive revenue and engagement.
  • Build a series of evergreen assets - insights, tools, and other content to help provide customers and prospects confidence when thinking about international payments.
  • Work closely with digital teams on strategy and production of content for use across multiple channels (Social, Web, SEO, CRM, events, partners etc).
  • Conduct audits of existing content to determine appropriateness in context of a defined strategy and channel strategies.
  • Build and foster great relationships within cross-functional teams to support regional marketing programs.
  • Form a strong understanding of business and consumer trends and attitudes to money.
  • Lead ideation, planning and production of engaging content that drives organic and direct traffic, engagement, and advocacy across our digital channels
  • Bring assets to life from scratch and repurpose existing assets to make them suitable to publish on other channels and in other formats
  • Develop assets including; partnership work, customer case studies, thought leadership, FX commentary, tech stories, lifestyle trends that tie into our brand positioning
  • Develop relationships across the business to discover what’s going on within each department and how we can feed key projects, events, activities, products and discussions into our content pipeline
  • Measure and report on campaign performance covering all KPIs across critical social variables and valued business intelligence, such as, but not limited to engagement, audience growth, brand share of voice and customer feedback.
  • Edit and proof materials, manage compliance reviews, manage French translations with agency.
  • Develop PPT/presentations when required – researching content development, curating the content, development of graphs etc.
  • Work with partners; agencies, legal, compliance, translations etc.

Qualifications


What you bring:

  • Degree level in business/marketing related qualification
  • 5 years of experience producing content
  • The ability to develop bespoke content from scratch, as well as repurpose existing content and source third party content to share
  • Experience interviewing clients and developing case studies, social media and other content
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, blogs, Sprout Social
  • Experience using Google Analytics a plus
  • Indirect management / mentoring of junior members of the team
  • Analytical approach to content, storytelling and community marketing
  • Stakeholder management, strong communication and written skills
