We are seeking an Account Executive to join the New Business team in New York. You will help us craft the Ogilvy story as we pursue new opportunities with prospective clients. And you will help support the team as we build and scale operational best practices, attract new clients, and drive sustainable growth. You’ll work alongside the leadership team and subject matter experts, as well as discipline leads to achieve our ambition. We would prefer you to be in the New York area, but fully expect to maintain a hybrid model.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Support the new business team with the development, project management and delivery of well-crafted RFI/RFP responses.
- Maintain project plans and required deliverables across the pitch process.
- Help facilitate pitch strategy and creative development through desk research, an understanding of the brief requirements, and through constructive and actionable feedback.
- Help manage the presentation design and creative resources
- Oversee and maintain statuses and pipelines
- Maintain New Business files and inventory
- Understand the changing agency landscape, identifying our competitors’ points of difference (and their weaknesses) to better support the overall strategy of our pitch process.
- Help facilitate pitch strategy and creative development through desk research, an understanding of the brief requirements, and through constructive and actionable feedback.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in an agency (traditional, interactive or social), software, consulting or web development client services environment or interactive agency
- Experience with managing projects and tracking the financial progress of a piece of business.
- Experience with presentation design and development tools is a must. Inclusive of Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Ability to oversee short- and long-term projects in fast-paced, agency environment
- Ability to manage both your time and leadership expectations throughout a project.
- Respect and understanding of the strategic, creative, and technology disciplines
- Ability to work productively with all departments to achieve our common goal
