Position Summary
Our fast-paced immigration team in Austin has an opportunity for a Global Immigration Coordinator to join their growing team. The role of Global Immigration Coordinator involves performing a variety of duties centered on new case initiations based upon client requests. The Coordinator will process and respond to high volume of client inquiries as well as monitor the status of cases.
Essential Functions
- Performs a variety of duties centered on new case initiations based upon client requests.
- Communicates with client contacts to intake all necessary information for file creation, case assignment and documentation, and billing.
- Provide data tracking, global information collection, reporting support to the team.
- Process and respond to a high volume of client inquiries (for example: timeframe of filing, explanation about questionnaires, status updates and document verification).
- Create electronic client files.
- Monitor status of cases, track expiration dates, run reports.
- Follow up on a daily basis with client for any documentation and/or questionnaires that have not been submitted.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed, including miscellaneous pro-jects/tasks.

- Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
- Administrative experience or skillset with Immigration or Global Mobility programs preferred.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to independently prioritize work.
- Ability to communicate, oral and written, and work effectively with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities and take initiative.
