Duties
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to address customer inquiries
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
- Manage direct sales accounts efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service before and after the sale
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or direct sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to speak is a plus
- Familiarity with sales management practices is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $72,281.00 - $117,402.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
