We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service to our customers and consignors. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs and answer questions about our store and services. A positive attitude and outgoing personality will make you successful in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers
- Process customers purchases and payment
- Provide accurate information (consignment process and its rules)
- Answer customers’ questions about items as well as consignor accounts
- Ensure racks are clean and organized
- Ensure entered items are put out of the sales floor in the appropriate location
- Process incoming consignment drop offs and tag selected consignment items
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including some Saturdays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
