Financial Associate

As a Financial Associate at Ohi, you will be a founding member of our finance team and responsible for a wide-range of duties, including accounting strategy, revenue recognition, company policies, sales tax, accounts receivable & accounts payable, investor analysis and other important accounting and finance processes. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Bill.com for accounts payable, accounts receivable and reporting
• Manage our corporate expense platform and administer our employee 401k plan
• Manager our AirCFO corporate tax team; coordinate sales tax compliance with our TaxValet team
• Coordinate month- and year-end activities, including client invoicing and tax filings
• Assist in maintaining investor model and other investor analysis activities
• Work cross functionally to create internal reporting and analysis across teams
• Working alongside Revenue Ops to manage financial forecasts and commission plans
• Continuously improving our accounting processes and techniques

Skills and Requirements:

• 2 years experience in accounting or finance preferably for a B2B SaaS/technology company
• Ability to oversee, build, and maintain accounting processes for a startup company
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Familiarity with Bill.com and/or other AR / AP processing platforms
• Analytical with strong financial modeling, analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to draw business insights and operational takeaways from analyses and models
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Proactive and can work autonomously
• Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and highly organized
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
