JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Build and maintain mutual business relationships with all agricultural producers in the assigned geography. Regularly and consistently, call on all accounts and maintain their profiles completely and accurately. Attend product-training sessions at dealership and external locations as required. Attend industry meetings and functions. Develops Target Account Plan with specific activities and agronomy programs to attain specific account growth goals. Document sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory, including maintaining sales call log, Customer business needs, and plans. Provide sales solutions and machine support for all new Ag products, including Challenger tractors, Lexion combines, Fendt tractors, AgChem sprayers, and spreaders, Sunflower tillage, also other competitive-used units. Conducts new & used equipment field demonstrations.

Knowledge of agricultural industry and equipment and farming or operational practices preferred. Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills- gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity. Strong sales skills- have a good working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies. Self-motivated- take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Customer service skills- ability to communicate effectively and excellent attention to detail.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma. Preferred, College degree. Ability to understand, explain, and implements sales and financing programs. Sales experience in the Agricultural equipment industry. Computer proficiency. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook. Willingness to travel to trade shows and training sessions. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
