JOB SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for supporting Parts.Cat.Com, SIS2.0, SIS2GO, Cat Central, and any other E-Commerce platform as needed. This individual will communicate with customers through telephone and electronic communication to support customers’ requests and troubleshoot customer issues. The E-Commerce Coordinator will have knowledge and understanding of the client’s business, thus implementing plans to help the client achieve its goals through appropriate utilization of resources available through the various E-Commerce platforms.
COMPETENCIES:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible. Some travel may be required.

COMPETENCIES:
- Strong communication skills are required, both verbal and written.
- Must exhibit strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation necessary for success in this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of CAT products is strongly preferred.
- Must have experience and knowledge of operating a computer as well as Microsoft applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel specifically for data analysis.
