About us
Ohio Green Works started in Centerville in 2009. We have since moved to Waynesville to open our home base and landscape supply center. We have 3 main streams of focus.
The first being our service work. We service and maintenance high end residential and small commercial. Our customers take pride in their properties & want the highest level of care. We are your year-round full-service landscape provider.
The second area we focus on is our landscape supply center. We are your go to provider for DIY enthusiasts. We offer 4 types of mulch, top soil, leaf compost, firewood & 16 types of gravels. Our entire inventory is kept up to date online, so you can order 24/7 at www.shopogw.com. It’s so easy you can pick your delivery slot without having to call! Or if you prefer to pick up, we are open and conveniently located on State Route 73 just West of downtown Waynesville.
The third area we specialize in is residential drainage solutions. We have multiple crews dedicated to just doing drainage & grading. Whether you need simple downspout extensions or a fully custom drainage system we do it all!
Job Description
Landscape Crew Member Job Description – Full Time (Seasonal March/April - December)
Details:
Daily production of landscape related tasks including but not limited to:
- Ensure truck and tools are organized at all times
- Follow directions supplied by the crew leader
- Clean and wash trucks, trailers, and equipment on regular schedule determined by supervisor
- Complete jobs and projects on time and on schedule
- Make decisions on a daily basis that keep company values and profitability in tact
- Communicate to other crew members, employees, and supervisors with respect at all times
- Manage on the job organization properties and tools
- Be held responsible for quality of finished product
- Keep track of checklists for loading and unloading
- Organize tools and material inventory
- Return all tools to proper location
Weekly Hours: Overtime paid on hours worked over 40hrs
- Overtime paid on hours worked over 40hrs
- Projected Hours: March 15 – November 15 40hrs weekly
Salary and Benefits:
- $14 - $18 depending on driving eligibility and experience
