Job Description Summary
The Manager Medical Education leads efforts that strengthen the performance of OhioHealth residents and fellows to consistently achieve desired educational and patient outcomes while advancing system priorities and strategies. Provides expertise in learning, outcomes measurement, project and program management to drive the standardization and alignment of resident education to sustain consistent outcomes across the system.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required)Degree required in education, healthcare administration or related field Ability to consult Extensive Experience in the management of a multi disciplinary team Ability to manage financial and budgetary expectations Demonstrated ability to assess outcomes, processes and performance improvement activities Experience in project management, including capital budgeting, planning and reporting Knowledgeable of adult learning principles and instructional and curricular designs strong leadership skills, Experience in staff supervision, and the capacity to build a team Evidence of innovative and creative problem solving skills Well developed oral and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships Ability to align with OhioHealth culture 7 10 years management Experience in Medical or comparable complex environment
