Job Description Summary:
Join the OhioHealth team as a hospice Registered Nurse and experience one on one compassionate patient care and a flexible schedule. Hospice RNs work with an interdisciplinary team to care for patients in the home or facility setting. Come join an amazing hospice team where we have a fair and reasonable weekend rotation, full benefits, and have a flexible schedule with limited on-call. Hospice RNs provide holistic care to achieve dignity in end-of-life care to patients and families in collaboration with the patient’s provider. Our RNs are accountable to practice within the scope of practice outlined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (Required)DL - Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of home care nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement
- Basic personal computer skills
- Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- BLS certification
