Ohm Fitness is an Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) concept and is changing the game of fitness in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are currently looking to hire a qualified General Manager that is focused on building a high performing team, driving sales, and providing an exceptional client experience. This is the perfect opportunity to leave behind the old ways of thinking about fitness and help us create something brand new. Think of it as, Fitness 2.0!
Responsibilities:
- Curate leads and spear head grass-root marketing
- Hire and schedule world class trainers and experience sales associates
- Train and maintain a highly skilled team in goals and metrics
- Participate and lead Studio in Sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business
Requirements:
- 5 Years Managing Experience
- 2 Years Managing Sales based associates
- Fitness experience preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively train and maintain staff
- Thrive in a metric based environment
- Must have open availability and be available for some weekends and minor holidays.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
