About the Opportunity: 

We’re looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Manager to join our growing team. This role requires great communication skills and work closely with management and HR CoE across regions. 

At your core, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust plans on-the-fly. You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the Executive team to solidify Okcoin’s compensation and benefits philosophy and develop a rewards strategy that aligns with our company values, enabling us to attract and retain top talents.
  • Evaluate and update Okcoin’s existing leveling structure, associated compensation ranges and job classifications
  • Oversee the annual market data determination process including survey participation, updates to leveling and compensation structures, and ensure that the company maintains a competitive position in a challenging labor market (focused markets US, Malta, Singapore)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Okcoin’s existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures and provide insights to improve compensation programs. Assess ongoing effectiveness, and drive continual iteration and improvements for scalable and progressive programs
  • Provide strategy, expertise and guidance to all HR business partners and leadership teams on all things Total Rewards.
  • Work with HR Business Partners to engage in job evaluation; design and build pay structures for new roles and career frameworks; and review existing structures for relevance and ensure consistency
  • Drive annual salary and bonus review, involving in-depth analysis and cost modelling for proposals to leadership, and partnership with key stakeholders
  • Develop Benefits, Recognition and Wellbeing programs in line with strategic directions, investment priorities and employees’ needs
  • Lead the annual benefits review and insurance renewal involving market analysis, plan design, cost modeling, communication and implementation
  • Ensure Okcoin programs are market-competitive, aligned with our business goals and in compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations.
  • Participate in reward-related projects and initiatives driven by HQ
  • Work with Finance on budget planning exercise 
  • Manage the compensation and benefits team

What We Look For In You:

  • 10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards (at least 5 years of in-house compensation experience and managerial experience)
  • Proven track record of being hands-on in building and executing company-wide processes and programs from scratch
  • Strong analytical abilities with critical thinking skills to manage C&B program design, cost-benefit analysis and process development
  • Hands-on experience in building pay structures and designing compensation plans with firm foundation in quantitative principles in Compensation Management
  • Persuasive and comfortable in advisory role with strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and deadline management with appreciation of risk and complexity
  • Sound stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage effectively numerous concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or related field

Nice to Haves:

  • CCP certification: strong plus
  • Experience in pre-IPO environment
  • Experience with sales compensation
